I am aware of the Influx Project from the presentation made by Max Kalis to UNU, and am confident of its relevance and ability to contribute to both a more peaceful world and a more effective United Nations. This pioneering work provides a refreshing and praiseworthy approach to the fundamental issue of uniting the aims of the United Nations with the will of the public it seeks to serve - a powerful and positive combination.
I fully support the vision of the Influx Project and also maintain the utmost respect for the daily efforts expended in order to provide this unique and vital channel of communication. Recognizing both the quality of the concept behind the Influx Project and the dedication of staff to ceaselessly improve the delivery of its service we feel pleased to offer our confidence in the success of the work at hand and encourage one and all to take your part in this historic work.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr. Kalis,
The Institute for Politics, Democracy and the Internet (IPDI) at The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management is pleased to support the Influx Project in its work to engage citizens across the globe in the work of the United Nations.
IPDI’s mission is to promote the use of the Internet and new communication technologies in politics to enhance democratic values, encourage citizen participation and improve governance, at home and abroad; in short, to ‘‘democratize democracy.’’ We feel there is nothing more democratic than using technology to give voices to the citizens of our global society and enable them to achieve common goals.
We look forward to collaborating in the future as our organizations work toward the mutual fulfilment of our missions.
Sincerely,
Â
