Victor Esteban Senior Human Resources Manager, World Bank, Washington. Previously with the UN mission in Kosovo. Victor has a profound understanding of international affairs and a passion for the greater involvement of civil society at all levels. It’s hard to disagree with such a happy man.

We are always looking to gain better understanding of the UN through those who have learned from recent personal experience. Are you secure enough in yourself and your job to get involved in some constructive criticism? Or have you recently left?

Satirist.
Humour is arguably the most effective means of correction known to man. We feel that we would benefit from someone with sharp humour. We’re thinking along the lines of Private Eye or Mark Thomas.

Finance/Economics.
To ensure that we optimise the use of funds raised and are aware of broad economic developments that will affect our work.

International Development.
If you are the next Jeffrey Sachs, or if you are him, we would like to understand how we can serve this area better.

The Internet & Society.
If you are the next Manuel Castells, or if you are him, we would like to understand more fully the context into which our work fits and benefit from other web based organisations.

Market Research.
We’d like to ensure the integrity of our data with scrutiny from an expert in the field of market research.

Online Membership Services.
To ensure our members get the best service available. Do you have experience of dealing with online customers across many countries, languages, currencies & cultures?

Integral Politics.
We’d like an expert in this area, which if you’re new to it is a holistic view of politics, seeking connections between seemingly unrelated fields of study. Requiring open-mindedness, this area is examined well in the works of Ken Wilbur.
